This ConSurf Database ("Database") may be used only by Academic End Users solely for non-commercial research purposes. Without derogating from the generality of the above, the Database may not be used to provide services or products to any third parties or to sell, rent, lease, loan, distribute or otherwise transfer all or any portion of the Database to a third party.

Academic End User is hereby defined as (i) an individual scientist who will not use the Database within the framework of his/her work for or with commercial organizations of any kind, and (ii) a university or other non-profit research organization that will not use the Database for performing research sponsored by commercial organizations of any kind.

By using this Database, you certify that you are an Academic End User and that you will use the Database solely for non-commercial research purposes.

Non-Academic End Users are encouraged to contact us for enhanced commercial use of the Database.
